What was your inspiration to start:

We started with Young Living based on a referral from our Naturopath to consult with an Energy Practitioner who shared this amazing visionary holistic company, which is changing the world by empowering people and raising the standard of living for the under served.

What do you love most about what you do?

We love sharing and educating people on the positive impact that Young Living Essential Oils and Oil infused personal care and supplements can have on their every-day lives. It is very exciting and fulfilling to watch the positive health changes that occur when people adopt the YL Lifestyle!

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had working with a customer?

The best experiences is when you realized that you have really helped someone improve their health situations and they come back to thank you with big hugs and tears.

Do you have any exciting plans for the future that you want customers to know about?

July 2019 The International Grand Convention that saw 44,000 people attend from all over the world delivered many new and exciting health benefiting products including the lovable Feather the Owl kids diffuser! Also, an unique oil-infused 50 SPF Sunscreen that is water and sweat resistant and helps prevent sunburn (and oh by the way has been certified Reef Friendly)! What is your favorite item/service offered? 

Our favourite health product is the high anti- oxidant containing super juice Ningxia Red which supports all of your body systems and combats free-radicals in the body

Do you have a home studio or do you work at another location?

One of the great benefits of Young Living is that your distributorship is based out of your home so it is a very short commute to work.

What is something most people do not know about the business?

Young Living sources its oils from only the very best from all over the world. They partner with farms and insist on the highest quality farming techniques based their Seed to Seal pillar. If the oil product does not have the correct chemical constituents after extensive YL lab testing and 3 rd party testing, the product is discarded! So you know that only the very best quality of oil goes into every YL product. You have no such assurances from any other company.

Do you have any advice that you want to share with other entrepreneurs?

Be consistent and don’t quit!

What is your bestselling item & why do you think it is the most popular?

There are over 600 natural health products available in Young Living! We have seen significant recent growth with the new all-natural Savvy Mineral Make-up line which just added 12 new eye shadows to the portfolio. I would say many of our customers cannot live without their daily doses of Ningxia Red and many of the Oils found in the Premium Starter Kit such as the legendary Lavender, Peppermint, and Frankincense as well as the all-natural household cleaner and personal care Thieves items.

Young Living is celebrating its 25 anniversary as a company this year! They do not compromise on quality. Since there is currently no regulating body on what constitutes a pure essential oil, companies add synthetics and chemicals to their products and call them organic or all-natural which is very scary.
