Our conference is built off of 20 minute segments, really focused on the good stuff! Our segment topics are: grief, mindset, coping mechanisms, intuition, resilience, breathing and your nervous system - and more! We are focusing on tips we wish were taught in school and in homes. Each one of our speakers has a full background of life experiences, shaping their toolkit item to share. Each attendee is given a worksheet style booklet to take home.
