Alexa is an advanced RYT with over 1000 hours of training and over 2000 hours trenching experience. She is a reiki master and energy working and fuses these modalities into her yoga teachings. She also teaches yoga nidra guided meditation as a tool to heal stressed out nervous systems and overwhelmed humans. In many hours on the mat Alexa has learned the power of the breath and it’s application both on and off the mat.
