Reiki is an Ancient Healing Technique that turns on the body’s natural ‘self-repair mechanism’ enabling your mind-body-soul to heal faster and stronger. Reiki is not a massage, it works at a deep energy level of release, there is no manipulation of the muscles. Reiki is extremely safe, and it is important to remember that Reiki is a complementary therapy and not an alternative. Reiki works on all levels: physical , mental emotional and spiritual. To name but a few of the benefits : Eases aches and pain , improves sleep and mood , relaxes body and mind, calms the central nervous system.
My name is Sheetal Jogie. In the world of healthcare, I specialized in X-Ray/Mammography and Bone Mineral Density, a path I still tread today (B.Rad.Diag.CBI.ISCD).Being a Reiki Master ,I jump at any opportunity to do Reiki for anyone and love seeing the benefits people are having. This opportunity is exciting with an added value of immense self satisfaction. I feel like I am fulfilling my life’s purpose.
What was your inspiration to start your business?
Around 40, a transformative shift occurred. Initially, I wondered if it aligned with the expected “mid-life crisis,” yet it delved deeper, beckoning me towards unexplored horizons. In 2017, a sudden fall led to severe ankle and knee ligament damage, a year-long recovery, treatments, surgery, and confinement. This fall, however, sparked a paradigm shift long-awaited. Connected with a Reiki master, I embraced self-healing through Reiki. Pursuing Reiki courses, I attained level 3 mastery. Daily practice extended to family, even our beloved dog, accelerating my personal growth since the first Reiki session and my attunement to level 3-Masters.

Client has stopped taking takes chronic sleep medication and no longer suffers from insomnia.
