My name is Debbie Young from Roots to Light Coaching & Training. My superpower is bringing a sense of calm, peace and healing with the touch of my hand, impact of my words or manifestation of my intensions. I am an energy healer and mentor, an Inner Guidance mentor and a Time Line Guide, using and teaching many tools and techniques as a holistic practitioner. My focus is on a healthy mind, body and soul connection, guiding you to find freedom from past emotional events that have a hold on your daily life to stand in your Light. My services include: Magnified Healing – I offer energy healing sessions in person or by distant healing. I also have a mentorship program for others to learn this modality. Inner Guidance Mentor – As a certified Master Neuro Linguistic Programing Coach and Practitioner, Master Time Line Therapy Practitioner and Trainer of Hypnosis, I utilize these tools to work with my clients wishing an Inner Guidance Mentorship. I take a holistic approach to releasing the past emotional events that have a hold on their daily lives, which often presents as stress, anxiety and depression. Higher Self Intuitive Readings – Invite me to connect in and receive messages from your higher self, followed by a rune reading for guidance over the next 8 weeks. Pendulum Workshops – Learn how to use a pendulum to communicate with your unconscious mind to get answers and improve your health…reduce stress, anxiety, boost your immune system and so much more! You can join up for one of my live workshops or purchase the recorded video training series to watch at your leisure. You can also gather some friend and book a private training session on line or in person. Pendulum Supplies – I have a selection of pendulums and handmade pendulum mats and bags for sale. Roots to Light Inspirations – I have a line of products that are to inspire your heart and soul. Included in my line up are pendulums, beautiful handmade pendulum mats, inspirational calendars, inspirational blocks and energetic paintings.
My soul mission is to give back by creating a holistic rehabilitation center for anyone struggling with substance use. Anyone can concur anything, they just need someone to believe in them and show them the way.
My soul service to impact the world is to inspire…inspire to believe, inspire to live, inspire to love, and inspire to step into their light and shine so bright and be who they are meant to show up be in the world.
What is your favorite item/service offered?
My favourite service I offer would be my Pendulum Workshops. For a 2 hour investment they are so much fun and jam packed full of useful tools to tap into your unconscious mind that can make such an impact on your life. The value everyone takes away is priceless.
Do you have any exciting plans for the future that you want customers to know about?
Yes!
1. I am so excited to expand my Magnified Healing training into a Healing Mentorship Program to go beyond the basics of Magnified Healing and learn the additional intentional energy healing I do!
2. I am also very excited to be launching my Pendulum Workshop Video Training Series. This will allow more people to have access to these really cool tools to communicate with your unconscious mind to improve health and get answers of your true desires.
What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had working with a customer?
My most memorable experience would be when I filled my own convincer working with Magnified Healing energy. I had only taken the course a couple of months before and had been doing sessions with clients and they said they could feel it, but I still doubted myself. Then I worked with my Step-Son who came to me doubled over with chest pains, hardly able to breathe due to an anxiety attach (I had already sent him to the hospital and they said his heart was ok). I did a 10 minute healing session with him and when I was done he took a deep breath in and exclaimed…”I can breathe, it is like an elephant was lifted off of my chest!” Seeing for my own eyes the impact this modality had filled my convincer and I also decided in that moment that I needed to teach it as well.
What do you love most about what you do?
What I love most about what I do is observing my clients realize the shifts, changes and personal growth they are experiencing. As we work together and they release and expand into their light…this is what makes my heart smile.
What was your inspiration to start your business?
14 year ago I sat in a weekend workshop and learned about some really powerful holistic tools that could allow someone to find freedom…freedom from past emotional events that have a hold on their life…and in a really short time. I remember thinking about things that happen in someone’s childhood that is baggage for the rest of their lives and being really intrigued on how I could actually make a difference in someone’s life. I knew then that I was meant to learn these tools to help others…and so my journey began… Then in 2015 I added Magnified Healing, a vibrational healing energy, to my golden tool chest. I was experiencing such profound results with my clients that I just knew I had to share and teach this modality to allow more people to experience the effects of this beautiful healing energy. Once I had incorporated the coaching tools (to find and clear the root cause of someone’s troubles) with my energy work (which heals on five levels, clears and balances chakras, builds your light body plus so much more) it was the birth of Roots to Light Coaching & Training.
Do you have a home studio or do you work at another location?
I have a home office where I welcome clients in person plus I do a lot of my coaching work on line. I will also do group events in people’s homes and public event locations.
