Take a deep breath… relax… accept that everything is already done. Done, as in complete at that most important level, so that you can take a step back and breathe.
The reason we start here, is that you’ve been putting a lot of pressure on yourself, and lately, it’s actually gone up, not down. And we would love to see you soothing yourself more and more, rather than being so, well, vulnerable.
Yes, vulnerable does feel like the proper word. It’s as though the current energetics are brining to the surface all kinds of new emotions, some good, and some, not so comfortable. However, each emotion, is a gift, and an opportunity to explore and experience yourself anew. So why make some ‘better’ than others? And why ‘beat yourself up’ when you linger in those lower states?
Unless, you’ve decided that you’re ready to shift, to level up to a new state of being that does not include that full range of feeling. Meaning that eventually, you may reach a place where anger is no longer on your serving plate. It’s still on the menu, but you’re not ordering it anymore. And you’re certainly not eating it. So perhaps we’re all staying a little longer than we need to in these lower emotions, simply because a deeper part of us who knows, is enjoying the last of this particular experience.
And if that could be true, than perhaps you can be a little easier on yourself internally, when things seem to be going against what you’d prefer. And remember, everything is working out FOR you, this has to be the predominant thought and feeling, things are intrinsically working out in your favour.
Why? You may ask…
Because at your core, you are good, and your goodness is adding greatly to the world. So it is important at this time to tune into that greater good within you, and set it free, let it loose onto the world!
Your love is necessary.
You are here on purpose.
Everything about you is on purpose, and you came here to do good things, just by being you. Or at least, that’s how it’s suppose to feel for you as you move along your evolutionary pathway.
So take a deep breath… often. And for that matter, learn how to hold your breath too, and stimulate your core stem cells into action. There is so much about your body that you’re still getting to know, and when you learn to take a gentle hold of your emotions, it’s much like finally training a cute little puppy, who up to that point had been peeing on your carpet, and now, finally, has shifted into a calm state… as is your mind. So keep tapping and releasing, that’s how we do it. Because each time we tap we reform a new neural pathway, creating a new potential within us which ultimately helps us to co-create new relationships with others, that together helps us create a beautiful world. It might take a little time, but we’re all worth it.
So let’s take a moment now, and tRt tap and Release together that old habit of being to hard on ourselves when we’re learning to regulate our own emotions.

Even though, I still have this habit of beating myself up, I deeply and completely love and accept myself
Even though, I’m still so hard on myself, I can forgive myself for that
Even though, I beat myself up, and I’m hard on myself as a habit, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and I release that now
Now tap on your forehead…
I now release myself from being so hard on myself
Tap on the top of the head…
I now release myself from learning to beat myself up
Tap on the back of your head…
I now release myself from unconsciously beating myself up
Over your ears…
I now release myself from all those times I was beat up as a child
Tap at the corner of both eyes…
I now release myself from everything I’ve seen that makes it so hard to love myself
Underneath the nose…
I now release myself from my habit of being so hard with myself
Tap on your chin…
I now release myself from my addiction to beating myself up
Tap on your collar bones…
I now release my body from all the tension I create when I’m being hard on myself
Now on your heart…
I AM LOVE
I AM KIND
I AM GENTLE
I AM WORTHY
I AM GOOD
and IT IS SAFE FOR ME TO LOVE MYSELF AND OTHERS
…and breathe
