2 fairs booked = 3 ballots

Contest Details
- All single bookings must be paid in full by December 1, 2025 to qualify
- Vendors on payment plans for 4 or more events must be paid in full by February 28, 2026. If the payment plan is cancelled or defaults at any time, all prize entries and booth reservations tied to that plan will be cancelled.
- All currently booked and fully paid or payment plan vendors are automatically entered
- Any cancellations will forfeit prize entries
- Winners announced on February 28, 2026
- Prizes are non-transferable and apply only to the 2026 season unless noted
