Spark Your Inner Truth didn’t begin as a book idea.
It started in the quietest, heaviest hours of the night – during a time when my insomnia was so intense that sleep felt impossible. I would lay awake for hours, overwhelmed by postpartum emotions, job loss, and the sudden shutdown of the Holistic Healing Fairs during the pandemic. My mind wouldn’t stop racing.

And as much as I desperately needed an outlet, I couldn’t handle staring at a blank journal page. The emptiness of it felt too intimidating. Too open. Too much.

So instead, I began asking myself questions.

Real ones.
Uncomfortable ones.
Honest ones that forced me to explore what I was feeling instead of pushing it down.

Night after night, I wrote these questions – not as a project, but as survival. They were the only thing that helped me navigate the anxiety, the overthinking, and the emotional weight I didn’t know how to process any other way.

Eventually, something shifted.

The questions became more focused.
More intentional.
I became laser-focused on creating prompts that helped me understand myself more deeply. I kept every question. I noticed patterns. And slowly, I realized that each question was opening a door inside me I didn’t even know was there.

Different parts of the journal came from different moments in that season.
Some questions came from nights of insomnia.
Some came from emotional breakthroughs.
Some came from days I felt completely empty.
Some came from unexpected clarity.
It was never written all at once – it was built piece by piece through experiences that shaped me.
