None of this can be pushed, or ‘made’ to do something… this is an organic inner process that will take what it needs to take in order to fulfill the fullness of what it is that is happening within you, and all around you as a result. And very much like the ripening of fruit, this inner transformation will take what it requires in order to pull you into the NEW and vibrant energy. Your current discomfort is an indication that you’re moving somewhere, against your own faster moving stream. Which means, that the details you’ve already set into play, are already moving you in the direction you ‘want’ to be going, and whatever doubt or discomfort you have in relationship to that, is unnecessary and is not conducive to your overall expansion.

So if you’re feeling pain in your body, it means there’s still something deeper inside you that is resisting the very changes you’re asking for… and that contradiction, is causing you pain. So let’s tap and release that right out of the gate, and open the potential to a much deeper experience as a result.

Tap on the side of your hand, and repeat with us…

Even though, I have all this pain in my body, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though, I’m holding onto so much resistance, I can forgive myself for that.

Even though, I have pain in my body because I have resistance in my mind, I deeply and completely love and accept myself, and I can release that now.

Now tap on your forehead…

I now release myself from all my pain caused by my resistance.

Tap on the top of your head…

I now release myself from my habit of resisting myself.

Tap on the back of your head…

I now release my subconscious mind from holding onto painful resistance.

Tap on the sides of your head, above the ears…

I now release my younger self from learning to resist.

Now tap at the corners of your eyes…

I now release myself from everything I’ve seen that causes my resistance now.

Tap underneath the nose…

I now release my body from my painful habit of resisting myself.

Tap on the chin…

I now release myself from my painful addiction to resisting myself.

Tap on the collar bones…

I now release myself from all my painful resistance.

Now tap on the heart…

I AM OPEN
I AM FLOWING
I AM GOOD
I AM KIND
I AM SAFE

and WONDERFUL THINGS ARE HAPPENING!

…take a deep breath…

The environment around you is saturated in a new frequency, a new frequency that is actively shifting your inner environment to match that of the outer. So each day, although it may not always look like it to you, your body is adjusting microscopically to the vastly different outer world that we’re currently creating and living in.

This new outer environment is vibrant and full of life, it is moving faster and faster, exciting your cells and propelling them into a much faster rate of motion. This much faster rate of motion means your body has the capacity to perform much more complicated’ tasks, leaving you much more open to healing and spontaneous changes that may be surprising to you as they happen spontaneously in your body. This means that there may be unexpected, but pleasant changes as you continue on… and so, when you’re feeling a lot in your body, we would recommend that your first impression be that of positive optimism rather then fear, or dread that something ‘wrong’ is happening inside the body. Much to the contrary, your body is advancing, and in many ways become it’s BEST version yet. But the sensations along the way, especially if there’s resistance in your mind about it, can give you a ‘false’ impression. So pain, much like many familiar concepts, must be reexamined and seen as an INDICATION to let you know where you actually stand in relationship to what you’ve set up for yourself.

So if you have pain, before blaming the body, look to what you are thinking, and what emotions you’re sending out of your body. Make how you FEEL a predominant intention, with the active intent to live within a calm disposition which ultimately allows you the most ability to see and sense yourself accurately. So we would say, aim for a calm state of being, and let everything else fall into place for you, as it will, including your body. And from that much more peaceful vantage point, you’ll notice how your improved point of view brings with it equally satisfying experiences, which include a healthy, thriving body.

Until then, keep reminding yourself that we’re all part of something Grand, and that the world is changing gradually through the changes made in the hearts of each individual, and what you do… how you move in this world, is important… it matters… because you matter.

Remember, you came here for this… and you knew, that you would have everything necessary to accomplish the task, and to become that which you have set out for yourself… breath easy, you’ve got this, and one day, all that you’ve went through will finally make sense, and you’ll know, exactly why, you had to do it like this.
