The exhibitor understands that set up is as early as 8:00 am the morning of the event day. The booth must be completely set up by 9:50 am. FOOD/DRINK - SAMPLE VENDOR APPLICATIONS - All vendors seeking to serve ingestible samples at their booths are required to contact the local city health unit (IE: Sudbury event, Sudbury Health Unit) to inquire if there are additional steps needed to serve. All cities have different requirements, you can call and advise the following - "I am seeking to attend a Holistic Healing Fair vendor event to serve samples of my ________ what steps do you require me to take?" Some may say no steps are required, where others have a set procedure. THIS IS YOUR FULL RESPONSIBILITY.*
Yes I am vendor who will be serving food and/or drink samples at my booth and understand the above instructions without question. I understand that if I do not comply to the above requirements prior to the event that I will not be allowed to serve samples and they will be removed from my table the day of the event. I understand there is a risk of a fine against my business by not following local public health guidelines and that my information will be released to the local health unit for contacting if required. I will abide by the requirements and contact the local health unit on my own for approval.I will not be serving FOOD OR DRINK samples of any products at my booth - this does not apply

As a HOLISTIC HEALING FAIR™ vendor, I understand that I will become a part of a heart centered community where each business lifts each other up. I will leave my ego at the door, and I will choose kindness in all of my personal and business interactions. I will treat others with the utmost respect and will show up as my best self. I will help hold the vibration of the event to be a safe place for all attendees and all other businesses that join.*

As a HOLISTIC HEALING FAIR™ vendor, my focus will be on QUALITY not QUANTITY. I will make the most out of every event that I attend and will keep my spirits up, seeking connections that can better my business direction. I understand that Vanessa Wilson, coordinator and founder of 15955904 Canada Inc - Holistic Healing Fair™, maximizes all advertising opportunities within the budget of keeping the booth fee affordable - including paid ads, road signage, at select locations: Magnetsigns, Radio and Newspaper tracking free attendee tickets but I understand that high attendance can never be guaranteed. The exhibitor understands that NO FURTHER CONTACT FOR CONFIRMATION is required via the event Organizer (Vanessa Wilson, Holistic Healing Fair™ ) after payment is made. As noted within the application, an email will be sent the week of the event with instructions sent to all vendors.
